Flood in Irrigation Project
The loss consists of damage sustained by an irrigation project as a result of heavy rainfall due to the phenomenon known as "El Niño".
The main damage occurred to the defence dikes and water canals, in particular at stream intersections. Damage also occurred to drains, a dam and the camps.
In general, the project was totally affected by this major catastrophic event.
