Mr. Pernía is an industrial engineer – born in Venezuela (1969) - with a working experience of several industries (breweries, steelworks, processing of plastics, telecommunications). He holds a Master’s Degree granted by the Technical University of Hamburg - Harburg. Hugo joined the firm in 2008, and deals principally with losses associated with oil & gas, energy and marine hull & machinery. He is fluent in Spanish, English and German.
