Damage to roof of Hypermarket due to the effects of a Hurricane Wind

The roof was practically "rolled up" by the effect of winds due to the passage of a hurricane.

The hypermarket is located in the vicinity of a medium size city. The supports of the composite sheets (aluminium and fiberglass) did not withstand the force of the wind and gave way, causing the rolling of the sheets.

Interestingly, contrary to our recommendation, the same fixing system was used at the time of repairs.
